BookSlot Terms of Service
If a user violates any of the terms outlined below, we reserve the right to cancel accounts or bar access to accounts without notice. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
Avista Information Systems LLP reserves the right to update and modify these Terms of Service at any time. New features added to the Service shall be subject to these Terms of Service. If you continue to use the Service after modifications have been made, you agree to such modifications.
1. Account Terms
- You may use the Services only if you are capable of forming a binding contract with Avista Information Systems LLP and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.
- You must sign in with a valid Microsoft 365 / Azure AD account. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
- You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your account. BookSlot will not be held liable for any damage or loss that may result from your failure to protect your login information or Microsoft account credentials.
- BookSlot may communicate with you via email, in-app messages, or notifications regarding your account, bookings, system updates, or other issues related to your account.
- You are responsible for all content sent and activity that occurs under your account (including booking pages, services, availability settings, and customer bookings created through your pages).
- You may not use BookSlot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of BookSlot, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright, data protection, and anti-spam laws).
2. Modifications to the Service and Fees
- Avista Information Systems LLP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time for any reason with or without notice.
- Avista Information Systems LLP reserves the right to change subscription or usage fees upon reasonable notice. Fee changes will be communicated to affected subscribers and reflected on our pricing page where applicable.
- Avista Information Systems LLP reserves the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to these Terms of Service.
3. Content and Content Rights
For purposes of these Terms:
- “Content” means text, graphics, images, booking forms, scheduling data, works of authorship of any kind, and information or other materials that are posted, generated, provided, or otherwise made available through the Services; and
- “User Content” means any Content that users (including you) provide to be made available through the Services, including booking page names, service descriptions, intake form fields, and customer responses submitted through public booking pages.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant BookSlot a limited license to host, process, and display your User Content solely as needed to operate the Services (for example, to show availability, create calendar events, send notifications, and display booking confirmations).
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content and use of BookSlot comply with applicable law and that you have the right to collect and process information submitted by your customers through booking forms.
4. Microsoft 365 and Third-Party Services
BookSlot integrates with Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Graph, Outlook calendar, and Microsoft Teams. Your use of those services is also subject to Microsoft’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or services that you connect to BookSlot.
5. General Conditions
- Your use of the Service, including any Content, information, or functionality contained within it, is provided “as is” and “as available” with no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the Service.
- You agree not to resell, duplicate, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service without the express written permission of Avista Information Systems LLP.
- You agree not to export or collect, by any electronic or other means, email addresses or other information of other users of the Service for the purpose of sending unsolicited correspondence.
- You agree not to distribute anything containing a computer virus or any code, file, or software program intended to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the Service or its infrastructure.
- The failure of Avista Information Systems LLP to exercise any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any right hereunder.
- These Terms of Service set forth the entire understanding between you and Avista Information Systems LLP regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and Avista Information Systems LLP regarding the Service (including prior versions of these Terms of Service).
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using BookSlot, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
